'Container Mall' on the fringe of the 'red zone' central city area is
very well set out and is proving popular with visitors to the city. The
city planners are increasing this type of interim development that is
seeing store owners keen to get back to the city. The re-build of
Christchurch is picking up rapidly with this 'funky style' of store.
The gardens of the city are finishing their summer show and as autumn
closes in the colours are changing in Christchurch.
Lorenzo Motor Lodge is fully operational and extremely busy as
stability returns to the city, (updated 26 March 2012) as are the
surrounding restaurants and Westfield Mall and other retail areas to
the west of the city. The Riccarton area has thrived deputizing as the
new Central Business District (CBD). If you are coming to stay with us
